Ordering Terms and Conditions

We deliver to some London postcodes at fixed fees, if your postcode is out of London the system will show the pick up solution in our collective points for free.

The orders can be placed online via pompi.co.uk website or via email to customerservices@pompi.co.uk, especially for bespoke cakes or catering for wedding or celebration parties. At the moment of ordering is required the full payment. You will be provided with an order confirmation with an order number and a payment receipt via email, please we invite to check the junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by the security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully, in case any items are incorrect plese let us know contacting us  at customerservices@pompi.co.uk.
Due to ensure the availability of product within the Pompi store, it is really important to check you have selected the correct store and time/date for collection / delivery. Pompi Uk cannot accept responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.
Orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice, also the Pompi Store requires 48 hours at times due to our transport schedules.

Please note that: Wedding cakes and/or special orders for catering require a minimum of 72 hours.

How to change to orders

In case of changes to orders an additional charges may be applied, please notice that we may not be able to accomodate late changes.

How to collect an orders

You can arrange to collect your order from one of Pompi Store; and the product will be available within the date and time-slot selected. If you are unable to collect on the time specified, please email to customerservices@pompi.co.uk to hold the cake for you until the end of its shelf-life, when it will be discarded.
Once a tiramisù and/or cake has been accepted it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination.

The delivery at address of an order

The customers are responsible for the complete and correct address where the delivery is requested along with a correct phone number for contact.
It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. The perishable food cannot be cannot be returned, once the Tiramisù is +5° C needs to be consumed within 48 hours and is strictly prohibited to freeze again.
Pompi Food International cannot accept any responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information supplied or because there is no-one to accept the delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, keep in touch with our customer service at customerservices@pompi.co.uk or call +44 7502 546429 within 24 hours of delivery and explain why you are not satisfied. We will exchange, replace partial refund or refund the item price.

If you have arranged to collect from one of our branches, the cake will be available from the time slot specified at the checkout for the specific branch.

We will hold your item for you until the end of its shelf-life, when it will be discarded.

It is your responsibility to collect the item (as specified in order notification). If the cake has not been collected from the branch on a day selected POMPI reserves the right not to issue a refund.

Please contact customerservices@pompi.co.uk with your ORDER NUMBER and your name if you wish to cancel your order. Please make sure you have given sufficient notice as processed order cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.

None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations.
