Terms and Conditions
We invite you to read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. When you submit an order through this website, you warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and you are the person referred to in the billing details. At the moment of ordering is required the full payment.
When the payment has been completed, you will be provided with an order confirmation with an order number and a payment receipt via email. We invite to check also the junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully. If there’s a mistake with i.e. the item or recipient’s address plese let us know as soon as possible, phone +44 7502 546429 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pompi is not responsible for customers’ mistakes made during the ordering process.
In case of changes to orders or to delivery address, an additional charges may be applied. Please note that we may not be able to accomodate late changes
We deliver within London M25 at affordable fixed delivery costs from Monday to Friday at the morning or afternoon time windows. We ensure the delivery of our products during the weekend also. On Saturday and Sunday we deliver from morning to afternoon, with an extra delivery costs to cover the extra courier’s costs. For any details or if you want to receive your parcel at a specific time, expecially during the weekend, please email to email@example.com.
If your postcode is outside M25 London, our system will show you automatically as alternative the picking up in one of our points in London. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quote to arrange the delivery to your postcode, we’ll provide all info and details possible.
How to Collect the Order
You can arrange to collect your order from one of Pompi Store, the product will be available at the date and specific time-slot selected. If you are noy able to collect on the day requested, email to email@example.com to hold the cake for you until the end of its shelf-life, when it will be discarded.
When a cake has been accepted, it’s the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination.
It is your responsibility to collect the item, if the cake has not been collected from the branch on a day selected POMPI reserves the right not to issue a refund.
The Delivery to the Recipient’s Address
When the delivery service is requested, the customer is responsible for the full and correct recipient’s address along with a Uk recipient’s phone number for the courier. Pompi cannot accept any responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information supplied. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the given address.The perishable food cannot be returned because there is no-one to accept the delivery. If you’re not sure that someone is at home, please inform us promptly or give us an alternative i.e. neighbour or reception. If there’s a reception at the recipient’s address, make sure that the reception can accept a Food Delivery because our perishable foods can’t be returned. Pompi is not responsible for the missing delivery if reception cannot accept food delivery.
The Proof of Delivery
On request we can provide you with the Proof of Delivery, a legal document made by our official couriers company with a full delivery report including tracking, time of arrival of our courier, name and signature.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, keep in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 7502 546429 within 24 hours of delivery explaining why you are not satisfied. We will exchange, replace the item, will issue a partial refund or refund the item price.
Please contact email@example.com with your ORDER NUMBER and your name if you wish to cancel your order. Please make sure you have given sufficient notice as processed order cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations.
In the unlike event the purchased product is not available, we’ll promptly inform you regarding this issue offering a different/equivalent product. If you don’t agree with this offer, you will be refunded.
