This cake is made in a pastry laboratory where nuts, sesame, soy milk and peanuts are handled.
Italian yeast bread: wheat flour type 00, butter, free-range egg yolks, sugar, natural yeast from wheat, whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, beer yeast, vanilla aromas.
Tiramisu: mascarpone cheese, pasteurized free-range eggs, sugar, milk, biscuits, dark chocolate.
Frosting: cocoa powder, dark chocolate cream, sugar icing.
The tiramisu cream that we use for the filling is totally alcohol and spirits free.
We use only pasteurized free-range eggs.
