The Halloween Cake is the perfect centrepiece cake to nicely surprise your family and friends on Halloween night party. The cake looks like a 6″ pumpkin, perfect to share with 4 or 6 people. This cake is made with a lovingly baked vanilla soft sponge cake or Génoise cake – as we said in Italy – piped with smooth French Chantilly cream, the delicious whipped cream infused with the finest vanilla beans and enriched with delicious chocolate drops, according to Pompi’s personal recipe.
The fancy decoration Halloween themed is handmade with buttercream frosting, on request is available the handwritten writing on top.

The sponge cake: eggs, wheat flour, potato starch, yeast, vanilla, water.
The Chantilly cream: whipped cream, vanilla beans, sugar and dark chocolate drops.
Decoration and frosting: icing sugar and food colouring.
Once the cake is +5° C must be kept only in the fridge at a positive temperature (4°-5° C) and will last for 2-3 days max, please do not put in the freezer.
