Description
This gourmandism chocolate shell is the scrumptious surprise for a special birthday. The dark chocolate shell is created by our Italian maître chocolatier using only the finest cocoa beans. The chocolate shell is then filled to the top with layers of classic world class Pompi tiramisu. According to the original Giuliano’s recipe, tiramisu Pompi is made of alternating layers of biscuits gently drizzled in espresso coffee covered by extra smooth tiramisu cream. On the top a chocolatey rain of cocoa powder and dark chocolate gems.
You can add your personal message on top.
List of ingredients
Chocolate shell: cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, soy lecithin. May contains traces of nuts included peanuts and milk.
Tiramisu filling: mascarpone cheese, pasteurized free-range eggs, sugar, whole milk, biscuits, cocoa powder, dark chocolate drops.
Decoration ingredients on request: white sugar paste.

The cake is made and decorated in a pastry laboratory where nuts, sesame, soy milk and peanuts are handled.
