This is a Pompi’s original recipe of the famous Black Forest gateau that never fails to please. Our recipe consists of deliciously moist layers of chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with chocolate ganache and sweet pitted Italian black cherries. Our Black Forest cake is garnished with dark chocolate chips, exquisite Gianduja hazelnut chocolate curls and round amazing Italian black cherries, best known as Amarena.
On request, our pastry chef will add fresh whipped-cream and handwritten message on top.
Made from scratch only with natural high-quality ingredients like Fabbri Amarena, the cake is totally free from preservatives or chemical additives, must be kept refrigerated around + 3°/5° degrees and lasts for about 3 days – don’t freeze it.
