How we deliver your Pompi's products

We are committed to delivering on time our special handmade products to houses, offices and venues. We arrange daily catering for birthday party, work event and special occasions like Christenings and Weddings. If you want to send a sweet gift like a tiramisu or a bespoke cake to someone in London, you can easily place the order online and fill the shipping address box - at the checkout - with recipient's information. The sender can also choose the pick-up options in one of the Pompi's branches in London, Soho . The sender can use our services from all Countries. 

We offer a full delivery service, providing information about parcels and the state of delivery, by our customer care.

Pompi has decided to use two different means to deliver your order, depending on what product or products you have ordered. 

We deliver within London M25 our packed tiramisù and pastries by push-bikes, cargo-bikes with zero emission pushbike providing environmental friendly deliveries.

In this way we help to reduce traffic in the city center and Co2 emissions. The deliveries are made in partnership with our premium dedicated courier company at flat rates in the map above. 

We deliver cakes for all occasions including birthdays, company events, parties at home or at pub or restaurants and weddings event by small van in London M25 at flat rates (in the map above) or in neighbourhoods of London at delivery fees quoted on request. 

We care our customers and we do our best to deliver their cakes within the time slot selected at the checkout and in the perfect condition by our premium dedicated courier company partners.
